the basics:
• Teamwork: The Owner, the
JHAA Design Team and allied professionals form a project
team.
• Professionalism: Most of
our staff are licensed in the various design disciplines
and have advanced architectural, engineering and planning
education.
• Allegiance: As Design Professionals,
we are allied with the Owners, our clients. Their interests
and our own are identical in all dealings with contractors,
sub- contractors, and where applicable, suppliers.
• Communication: Our policy
is "open book". We encourage the active participation
of our Clients. We look upon their input as vital throughout
the life of the project, from the earliest stages of
schematic design and jurisdictional submissions to the
final close-out.

before, not after, problems set in. We anticipate problems,
research their solutions and design or re-design accordingly
before they can adversely impact the project.
