The building sits within a park like setting on
an elevated site, affording unobstructed views of
the rural countryside that represents its immediate
envorionment. The site was carved out of what appears
to be untouched forest with no other structure visible
in the immediate vicinity.
The 118,000 square foot structure contains, in addition
to executive offices and general work-area auditorium
to site 100 people, a gymnasium and a cafeteria also
seating about 100 people.
