A 180,000 Sq. Ft. Corporate headquarters, built in
two phases, containing offices, executive and staff
dining spaces, a 200+ seat theater/lecture hall, a
gymnasium and state of the art conference facility.
The building’s envelope has been designed using
a highly insolated exposed stone aggregate pre-cast
panel and reflective glass ribbon windows the combination
of which has significantly reduced summer solar gain
and winter heat loss. The building was recognized with
the “Best Building of the Year” by the
Sullivan Chamber of Commerce in 1994.
